  • Flexible Schedules: Being young parents, we understand how hectic life is. With guidance, we allow our employees to choose how many hours a month they would like to work and request days of the week that work best. 
  • Competitive Wages: Competitive base pay, tips, and drive time pay.
  • Bonuses and Tips: Bonuses paid out every three months. The amount depends on employee performance alongside business performance. 
  • Paid Training and Drive Time: We will pay for drive time between job sites and any training completed.
